I do not recommend this mortgage broker at all. I had booked a 30-minute meeting for 8:30am (scheduled a week or two in advance), but no one contacted me. I received no email, no call, and not even a cancellation notice. I even emailed, called, and left voicemails, but no one has responded or called me back. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for clients’ time. If a meeting is scheduled, the least they could do is let you know if it cannot go ahead. Very disappointing experience.
